Arise to Save Harbourage Foundation is an organization with an eye that sees the needs of the most vulnerable children of Uganda with a heart that opens to the joy and sorrows of those children that are denied their rights due to loss of their parents, HIV/AIDS, civil wars, abandonment and poverty.
Thousands of children in Uganda today are being affected by a lot of inhuman acts among which include; child sacrifice, defilement, rape, child labour, lack of education, child soldiers and many other factors arising from broken family units.
